Doug grew up in Harrisonburg, VA, where he attended Blue Ridge Community College. He has more than 21 years experience in the glass & glazing business, including nearly 8 years with the Kawneer Company, a leading aluminum curtainwall manufacturer. In 1996, ADG was fortunate enough to bring Doug on board and he has without a doubt, been one of the most valued and committed players on our team. His duties not only include overseeing all projects, but overseeing all project managers and field supervisors, along with managing the day to day activities of ADG. Two of Doug’s favorite projects are Walker Automotive Complex, located in Roanoke, VA and the Quantum Office Building, located in Salem, VA. He enjoys watching all types of sports, particularly all Pittsburgh affiliated teams and spending time with his family in Harrisonburg whenever possible.
